DM Group was established in 2001 by Mr. Dhananjay Patil & Mr. Mahesh Patil with a vision of becoming pioneer in providing Quality Facility Management Services. The company is growing manifolds with a turnover of around 500 Million with a client base of 100 Plus reupted orgnizations like L & T Infotech, Piramal Group, Aditya Birla Group, Hiranandani Group, Mcdonalds, State Bank of India, Godrej Properties, MTNL, 83 Government Hospitals in Pune, Satara, Sangli, Kolhapur, Sidhudurg & Ratnagiri, Healthspring (All Branches), Film & Television Institute Pune, Ahuja Constructions, Rustomjee and Borax Morarji Ltd., to name a few. The team includes Mr Paresh Solanki, an MBA and LLB who brings in a tons of experience from the Corporate world. The experience which Mr Dhananjay, Mr Mahesh and Mr Paresh brought them with them during their stint in various Organisations helped them in inculating through professionalism within the work force.
The Group is led by its CEO & Director Mr. Uday Kalgutkar, an Air Force veteran with 25 years of vast experience. This has helped the Group in maintaning a high standard of customer satisfaction and harmonious Client Relationship. The group has ventured in Civil Engineers works and completed various projects like Digital India Broadband Connection for all Grampanchayat’s through National Optical Fiber Network & Maintenance & Beautification of Port Trust road.
